Project Solutions - Rotating Equipment
Our ability to create the best solution for your project is derived directly from our values of Integrity, Safety, Quality and Productivity. As a global company, we know that globalization must be broken down to a country and project level, where compliance, culture and standards must be fully understood. Granite has the depth of localized expertise married to its ability to create scalable solutions through process, global standards and training – and this combined effort allows us to build the right solution for you complex outage, upgrade or installation.
To keep your projects on track, Granite’s Project Management and Project Controls team defines project schedules well in advance of the project start. Deployable specialists control the schedule on your site and deliver real-time productivity data, covering multiple systems and vendors within your plant. Most importantly, common practice and understanding the inter-dependencies of functions and stakeholders allows us to plan up front and create the desired outcomes of our projects.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Granite understands that it takes a flexible team that can adapt to the range of dynamics associated with operating and maintaining a power plant. We work closely with GE to understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the plant, and to design a structure that works effectively to solve the need for localization and competency of the team. Whether the plant is operating at base load, generating for peak demand, or operating on a seasonal basis, we are able to customize a solution to meet your needs.
Our training offerings are tailored to your needs and can be conducted either in one of our training centers or at your site. Our existing courses cover topics such as machine familiarization, maintenance, outage planning, and troubleshooting techniques, and we can develop custom courses both in local languages and in plant-specific topics.
